For the sum agreed upon plus applicable sales tax, Photographer will provide pictures on the internet for customer selecton. All print purchases are on an ala carte basis, payment due upon order. Customer understands that liability of Photographer is limited to the cost of payment by the customer; that the images remain the property of Photographer; photographer holds copyright on all pictures, unless released in writing.
